Then add either a 120mm or 80mm fan to the outside of the case, obviously you need to be able to either cut the hole or drill lot's of little holes for it to be effective. You can derive power for it directly from the PSU by soldering the wires to bottom of the board where the PSU plug's in. Or you can just get a 12v power adapter and wire it directly to that for external power. Just like in these pics:

yea do that lol i prety much did all that and my xenon can run like normel xbox3-6 hrs hosting lobbies before they got patched

What he said, and if you have the money i think having it reballed with lead-less solder helps

I was acualy thinking of cutting the chassis to get more flowing air thru the console, and that's great you do the 80mm fan's also?

I do them but I buy a bulk of 20 on ebay for like $30.
