iso are uselly used to pilote games/music for your computer. They are also used to get games onto your Jtag/RGH. The only modding i know was hot swaping but they fixed it i think.

RGH is a reset glitch hacked console.

It's essentially a JTAG hack but it can be done on ANY kernel.
