I have a LOT of tattoos and I do not recomend getting one on your neck since it will always be visible and people will have a negative outlook on you. As for how long they take it depends on size/design/colors/shading/artist and location

I love that people are like oh he/she has a tattoo stay away from him/her they must be bad. but yeah thats right what you said even though i dont do colour i stick with good ol' grayscale.

Lol alright, I was just thinking about it earlier. It came to mind.
If not on the neck I was thinking of the regular tribal tattoo's on your arm.
