It was withdrawn from the bank in town that i use & I've asked them to, they said "Okay" then they didnt even do it. I asked them to check who used my card. What exactly would i tell the police?
Just because you have a family member your pin doesn't mean you have them permission to take your money. The bank might have a policy against it but as far as the law is concerned it's still theft.

I'm going to go to the bank on monday and see if they'll be able to show me who it was on the cameras, if they're able to do that. I asked them yesterday when i told them about losing my wallet and my brother stealing money.
