So i've lost my wallet saturday somewhere, not too sure if it was at home or outside. I grabbed it and put it in my pocket before i went for a ride to pickup some people and when we were heading to town I went to go buy something to drink and my wallet wasn;t there. I searched all through out the truck and it wasn't anywhere near so my wallet fell out of my pocket. I'm sure it wasn't outside where it fell out because later on i found a loonie outside my door and i had loose change inside my wallet so it must've been there but there was also kids playing right outside my door and probably played with it once they seen it, Just yesterday i went to the bank to see if anyone used it (Because it has tap) & Of course someone did, which sucked. They also withdrew $40 out on monday even though i had $150 in my account.

So then when i was talking about it to my parents in the living room and my older brother was there (He does drugs) and when we started talking about it he just started singing his music all of a sudden and also these last couple days he's been kinda distant. I never see him and yesterday before i found out about someone using my bank card he finally came up and asked me how i was doing. He's the only person here that knew my PIN other than my parents because I asked him to buy me smokes a month ago using my card since he was going to the store. I've got a really good feeling it's him who found my wallet and started using my bank card but my parents keep telling me it may be some random person but who only takes $40 out and not the whole $150? And how would some random person know my PIN? It just doesn't make sense. I just went to the bank today and got a new bank card and went to go order a new license. It's kinda sad how you can't even trust family. My parents have asked him about it earlier but he said he hasn't seen it (He's a big liar and gets mad when you confront him, but he will eventually own up to it after he tries fighting you and stuff, which is stupid). My bank card, my license, my social security card, my white card, my treaty card and everything was in there, I don't even care about the money that was taken i just want my wallet back. Do you think that my brother may of taken my wallet? Or some random stranger? hmmmm.

hmm sounds like a wild story, if he did use it just call the bank tell them you lost your card/someone stole it and used it they will surely refund your money and send you a new card and you can put an new pin in!

I've actually went and told them that today when i was getting a new card but they said they can't do anything because I gave him the PIN for it, even though i didn't authorize on him withdrawing money or buying things.

Contact your bank, find out exactly where and when the money was withdrawn from and contact the police. Have them pull surveillance coverage, and they can determine a suspect.

It was withdrawn from the bank in town that i use & I've asked them to, they said "Okay" then they didnt even do it. I asked them to check who used my card. What exactly would i tell the police?

yea he definitely took it by the sounds of it and its pretty fcked up of him that he wont confess considering you had some important shit in their like your social security. id confront him one final time and just talk as if you know he took it, dont assume he has it tell him you know he took it and you need your wallet back because you need everything that was in it.

Yup, it's sad to say that this wouldn't be the first time he has stolen stuff from me. He once stole like 4 pairs of brand new name brand clothes from me while i was sleeping.

Just because you have a family member your pin doesn't mean you have them permission to take your money. The bank might have a policy against it but as far as the law is concerned it's still theft.
