I tried to but people on the other team kept wanting to use the boat so I just quit trying to do it, but good share if you can get all the things set up, even team mates would spawn on the boat and wait forever and not let me into the gunner, or when i get into the gunner spawn in and drive away.

This is the only way I can think of that there could possibly be level 70+s already, ranking up in this game takes ages. I'm just barely a 40 and I play a lot with the exception of having to study for classes this last few days.
