I've got a apprenticeship interview tomorrow and the dress code is smart casual so I was thinking of wearing a shirt, jumper and black skinny jeans with cheksea boots would that be ok do you think?

I would stick with any shirt that is plain, simple pants. Dont stick out haha. Imagine an office and what would be appropriate to wear there. Im sure jeans would be fine though. As long as you aren't dressed too casual I don't think they will mind a bit.

I just can't be arsed wearing a suit all the time for a interview and looking over dressed lol.

Yeah, Just wear nice jeans. Some nice boots/shoes and a plain(ish) T-shirt & You'll be fine

You can never look too overdressed for an interview mate.

Jeans and a nice shirt would get passed at most places. (UNLESS they stated otherwise when setting up the interview date.) Good luck to you.
