It'll count as a game for your players, but not on your actual record so you wont get any losses. Only downside is that your players contacts will go down too, but it's still the easiest/quickest way to get the loyalty.

It can be any single player game mode I believe.

Just quit the match normally, no need to restart the game, just let the game actually kick off and then back out.

It's not actually that long, takes me around 40 mins max and then I transfer coins over to my main.
