Yes, U need to play 10 games. Its ok just depends who u get in the pack.

And where would I do that, just single player seasons?

Go into a Single player game against the TOTW (with the team that you'll use for the challenge of course), let it kick off and then dashboard ("Quit" the application). It'll count as a game for your players, but not on your actual record so you wont get any losses. Only downside is that your players contacts will go down too, but it's still the easiest/quickest way to get the loyalty.

It can be any single player game mode I believe.

Trust me im the same, I built a good 130k team and still get beat 5-0 lol.

I got my refund for my first 2 EA subs and I got the entire £3.99 back rather than £3.32.

It said I would get £3.32 back but I got the money in my bank today and I got £3.99 back for both subs

You need to play the 10 games, For both Hard and Ultimate. The rest u dont.
