Discrete wrote I have personally had a great experience with electric stimulation (tens units). I am a pitcher in baseball, and whenever I have arm soreness or muscle pain I use mine. It works wonders for me. I highly reccomend electric stimulation to anyone who has a history of soreness whether it be your from ankles to your neck. Hope someone gets some benefit from this topic.
Exactly. I played baseball my whole life and had to use these.

What position did you play, and are you playing in college?
Not playing in college. I ended up tearing my bicep off my labrum. I had to miss junior year for surgery.

I played Center Field and pitcher. Before surgery I hit mid 95s and was getting looked at by a few colleges. But after I had to get surgery it was pretty much over.

That sucks bro. My friend tore his labrum and was able to come back. Sorry to hear that.
I am sitting 90-94 right now.
I am going to UT on a shcolarship.
