Alright guys, so for a long time I've had back and neck pain and nothing really seemed to fix it. I've tried meds which I worked but they arnt fun, I've tried massages ect and it was still constant pain soon after. Recently I got this thing called electro therapy and it works like a charm. It might sound crazy but you put these pads on you and choose the setting you want and it sends small electric pulses but it feels great and works like a charm. Just wanted to share this so maybe someone else with body pain could give it a try.

If you're referring to a tens unit, yes. I love mine when I have back pain. Just do not turn it up too high or put it directly on your spine as it's dangerous.

I recommend it.

Hahaha yeah I couldn't think of the name of it, but good advise. I put it to the highest setting once to feel it and I literally jerked cause of the electricity going through my body lmao

It's pretty nice, it doesn't feel like electricity at all unless on a high setting. Cost about $70 though.

I have personally had a great experience with electric stimulation (tens units). I am a pitcher in baseball, and whenever I have arm soreness or muscle pain I use mine. It works wonders for me. I highly reccomend electric stimulation to anyone who has a history of soreness whether it be your from ankles to your neck. Hope someone gets some benefit from this topic.

Not playing in college. I ended up tearing my bicep off my labrum. I had to miss junior year for surgery.

I played Center Field and pitcher. Before surgery I hit mid 95s and was getting looked at by a few colleges. But after I had to get surgery it was pretty much over.

I had the little paddles from my tens machine attached to my arm after muscle pain from a workout injury. While it was stimulating and pulsing the muscle, my room mate thought it'd be hilarious to jack up the voltage while I was relaxing with my eyes closed, and it caused me to smack myself in the face...

Overall, great device lmao

Just avoid your spine unless your like me and aren't sensitive to that, I run mine on my spine no problem but that's just me, and AVOID THE BASE OF YOUR NECK, anywhere near your brain is the last place you wanna put that thing. I stay below the shoulders, that's my solid line that I do not go above.
