That's hard going and I'm sure the reason for the cut off isn't that your a bad person she will be just scared of the fact if yous did get into something serious and it never worked out the full connection yous had built of the years would be ruined.

This could be my guess, but most women don't want to see "a friend" sending them videos of them working out, it's just weird.

To me it sounds like just what she said, she just wants a friend but does not want to be tied down in a relationship which makes me think you where pushing for a relationship weather you realize it or not and she does not like that so instead of telling you to cool your jets, she cut them off.

It'd a hard one mate, but all the wisdom and advice I can give you is to move past it, it's hard but in the long run you will find more people. Stay close to your friends and loved ones and it will ease the pain.

So you're saying youve never experienced a "love effect" on a lady and tried your best to be with her and then after a long period of time to be shot down, you wouldn't be depressed about it?

There's nothing you can do except move on.

Give her some time to think things out. Give her space, the workout videos might make her think you're trying to look cool and tough or just showing off. Some girls (not all) don't like guys who show off not saying that you are showing off, but it might be coming off to her that you are.
