I was in a free-for-all lobby today on black ops 3 and the girl in the lobby said she was a girl and when she said that they start calling her crap and told her to go clean the house,she beat all of us in the free for all match with 30 kills and 3 deaths that's amazing. Some of the boys said she just got lucky and they still called her crap. all of us went 3 free for all rounds before the other boys just gave up.

I've seen this numerous times and my only explanation is that a small amount of the more hardcore male gamers have some sort of superiority complex against others, particularly of the other sex, but that's just me.

not all "guy gamers" hate all "girl gamers" im not a "gamer" I do however play a TON of video games and I have come across quite a few girls in the process and its not so much a big deal if they are just being cool but I find it annoying when girls start saying shit like "im a girl" "you just got beat by a girl" like ok???? what does being a girl matter? I can tell youre a girl, I have ears.
I think that is just the main issue people have, I would never say sexist things to a girl who plays games but I mean going out of your way to say "hey im a female btw" is super stupid and it kind of shows youre begging for attention, which is annoying

I don't think they hate girl gamers..
I love girls, even better gamer girls, but when i join a lobby and a girl has to say she is a girl to gain attention that pisses me off, but i still don't cus her out. I get her snapchat and snap her lmao
