Interesting, I don't consider it to be basic at all, basic is a single star or whatever, this took thought and planning etc, id like to know where your coming from?

on your arm it wont be too bad, I got my first one on my upper arm and the best way i can describe the pain is tiny cat scratches on sunburn, probably a 3/10 on the pain scale, and you can buy numbing creams to help you through, and dont look at the needle
