Just keep complaining. When I moved house the the UK they couldn't get an engineer to my house for a month. Because I mainly work from home I kept complaining that it negatively impacted my work and they upgraded me from a 30MB/s package to 80Mb/s without any extra cost, it still took two weeks for an engineer to come round and turn it on but that's better than a month.

At least you're not in the lowest 3% of broadband speed, in the whole of the United Kingdom.

Mickers wrote Virgin media have always been amazing for my house. We have the 100mb download package and we NEVER have any problems.

I have 140mb (Somewhere round there) with Virgin Media and I have problems with them most of the time.

I've had virgin media since day one.
And my internet is just fine.
If you haven't put any money towards it, I think you should reconsider.
