you definitely need to get out and do something, preferably with a friend.

The more you are inside and alone the more you are going to think about the bad things.

I hope you get everything sorted mate nobody deserves to be down.

-Sora- wrote I usually listen to some music or play a video game or something. Not really the best advice but that's what I do!

I do the same thing. Especially when I am designing or browsing the web. Music keeps me productive and on task.

I can relate when at times you are feeling down. I personally have 2 auto immune diseases, but I don't get down about it much. When I am down I try to crowd myself with my close friends and play games with them or just overall hang out with them. Don't know what I would do without them personally, but do whatever makes you happy man! I personally get joy out of beating my friends in 1v1's in WoW. The funny thing is I have played WoW since WoD release and they have played for 4+ years. Oh man do they get pissed Lol. Aside all of that if you enjoy gaming game man, if you like to be around people do that. Or just come hang out on TTG. We're always here man!

MajesticCasual wrote So what do you people do to keep yourself motivated when you are feeling down?
From time to time i find myself as motivated as ever but then i will suddenly feel rock bottom. This may not make sense but if you are understanding this, what would you suggest?

roll one up, and hang around the old lady. she has a way of...changing a bad day around. :inlove:
