Limited in what sense? You should always be able to receive money no matter your account limits

My account now is limited, but I can still send/receive money. Any idea why your account was limited? It usually happens because of suspicious activity, such as someone filing a complaint of stolen money/scam.

You should be fine. As long as you use real information so that if they happen to ask you to upload an ID or Social Security Number, you can do that without a problem and nothing should happen to your account. Worst case scenario is this: If for whatever reason they lock your account (usually for suspicion of fraud) and they deny you service with PayPal, they allow you to withdraw any money in your account after 180 days. Again, this is worst case scenario and most likely will not happen to you as long as you don't do anything suspicious.

Well there is your problem xD I suggest running it under your mom or dad's name (with permission of course) and try to work with trust worthy people who won't try to get their money back. That's all I can really tell you at this point man.

They limit you because you're not old enough to agree to a legal contract.

Only thing I can recommend doing is getting your parents to make a business account, that way you can operate under their information, but on a business account that hides their information from those who are buying your services. For instance, payments would be sent to "RSL Lobbies" instead of your parents name.

If your parents oppose/can't help you?:

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Go here, generate a fake name (preferably in canada) and open up a Premier Canadian account on PayPal with the fake information.

If your parents do help, and you want to prevent chargebacks entirely (while selling intangible items) the only way is to make a secondary (false information) and have them send the money as a donation/friend and family on PayPal. From there, send that money to your parents PayPal, thus avoiding any fees/chargebacks entirely, as the money will be secure on your parents account, if they do successfully chargeback. I do this all of the time, if you need help, PM me.

I've tried that before. They asked for identification proof. Obviously I couldn't upload any ID or documents for my fake name, so I just stopped using that account.
