I don't think you're trying to get in shape for sports, so nothing extreme is needed. An extreme diet is not needed either, just cut out the really fatty foods, pizza, donuts, you know. Also sugary drinks can be a killer, such as soda, tea, and even Gatorade! There's a great app called "Couch to 5K" which is something that might be good for you, as it gets you into shape over a decent ammount of time. Mainly just stick to whatever you do! Being in shape is the best feeling i promise

The main factor you need to be aware of in losing weight is a caloric deficit. You need to learn how your body functions and how many calories you need to take in each day to MAINTAIN your current weight. Once you find that out, eat ~400 calories less than that amount. Then all you have to do is SOMETHING physical. For fat loss I would suggest walking at a decent pace. You don't need to get your heart rate high for fat loss. Keep it below 130. Also mix in some weight training if you can.

I am 15 years old and after 3 and a half weeks of the workout below I have lost 15 pounds in just 3 and a half weeks so just under a month and I eat healthily and I feel physically fit, I can run for longer than most of the guys with abs or just skinny people in general because they are unfit.

The workout: At the Gym and Swimming

30 Minutes on the Cross-Trainer
20 Minutes Running at 7.5 Speed on the Treadmill
20 Minutes on the Bike
After all that I go downstairs to the Swimming Pool in my Gym and swim for 30 Minutes, But laps not just splashing around

This is a great starting place and I feel better than ever!

Another option would be biking, it works out all most every muscle in your body.

Indeed! The only downside to biking though is that you have to proper go for it on long journeys or intense routes otherwise it doesn't do much :'(

This is called "muscle confusion" if your muscles in your body get too used to one kind of exercise it is nearly impossible to lose weight.
Some days instead of jogging do push-ups, crunches, burpees, sit-ups, stuff like that .

You can do the same training regime for ideally 8 weeks before requiring to change it up, the body adapts quick but not that quick

ANY and ALL physical activity will produce great results if done regularly and with a healthy diet along with it.

Actually Walking rather than Jogging will actually help you lose weight, running is more cardio and really does nothing.

This has been proven by Millions of doctors.
