Is running a good exercise if I jog for about a hour every day and eat healthy would tht be enough I am aiming to lose 20 pounds any good excercises I could do?

Swimming and jump-roping would be your best options as swimming uses every muscle in the body, and jump-roping burns the most calories out of every form of exercise.

Yes it would be good, but the gym would be needed to reach that especially if you want it faster although you could do some weights etc to convert the fat into muscle.

I lost 40 pounds in around 6 months. Diet and excersize is all thats need.

Yes running is great for you to do. Also join a gym and work out your whole body. I you have a pool swimming is also great for your body

I mean if you want to bulk up do some lifting. If you want to slim down you just need to eat right and go for a walk every day. No jogging needed.

I myself am involved in a body building program so we workout everyday for 4 hours doing Sprints, running miles, weight lifting, core exercises, plyometrics, etc. It all depends on what you want to do.

Running is a great place to start for sure. I started out with that and than I went into more advanced exercises. I would also recommend trying out P90X, it's a great exercise program and it actually works.

I lost about 85 pounds in 8 months.

Well obviously it will, any physical activity will help you to lose weight, Do crunches and sit ups and squats and go for jogs and runs and skip rope and swimming, they will all help you to lose your body fat.

I used this guy to get the body that I have today, he is a great guide and also has weight training and guides.

NO, No no no no no no. Please do not use this. And please do not use crossfit. Crossfit teaches you how to "Cheat" to get a better marking. You know those kipping dips. Yeah those are not dips.
