your gettin there mate im quite fit myself and got a quite good body as i workout 5 times a week keep up the hard work and youl get there dont forget to eats loads of protein as thats wat helps your muscles repair and get stronger

I am don't worry, it am having a lot of protein and 2 or 3 protein shakes a day so I'm keeping it up.
