Hi there guys just wanted to show you all my insanity results. I have currently been doing it for 4 weeks now I am nearly at the end of the first month of workouts. I would just like to share my photos with you and see what you guys think don't hate please I've tried my hardest for these results.

Some good improvements there mate.
You can see the abdomen is pulling in and your chest is showing some progression aswell.

Just need to work on that nasty read growth where your head should be

Haha the red head won't go away! I've had it for 17 years now it's strange.

But seriously thank you for your comments it really means a lot! Just need to work harder on my left sides s it's my weaker side.

If you have the time in the day I really recommend doing insanity if you want to improve your body shape and your cardio it is certainly worth it!

Why is it fake? And I would expect for the fact it's hard to got into my day as well as pay for insurance and then gym membership it's a bit hard when I don't have a job.

Nice man, I can see developments in your abdomen, shoulders and upper chest. Everything is tightening up.

Give yourself another 4 weeks and you're muscles will start defining.

Make sure to stick at the workout (no shortcuts!) and eat healthy! lots of carbs and protein, for Insanity I recommend more carbs

I did the P90x workout last year to tone my body and gain weight sticking to 5-6 meals a day and working out 6 days a week. wasn't fun for the first 2 months but once you get real results it motivates you!

Hard work is easy work when you put your mind to it my friend

This is possibly the most dedicated I have been so I'm sticking with it and seeing the results every day so I'm really motivated to stick with it. I can't really do the whole 5 meals a day like they say I just don't have the appetite so I'm substituting meals with protein bars and shakes but have the 3 stable meals usually a pasta dish at some point for the carbs but a high protein in take.
