Myself included can't revise due to it getting very boring and my memory is quite good anyway so I never found it useful the best thing I'd say is past papers,

Also what subjects did you take apart from the obvious ones.

Dude I've done my GCSEs I didn't revise one bit and I got two I'm not actually that thick either even people who where not smart in class got more than me and that's because they revised . Even revising will help you a bit because you'll see something on your exam that you have revised and you'll remember it
GOOD LUCK. On your exams anyway mate :-))

Just try to remember what you can night before exams. Once they are over with you can forget it all. I can't remember anything to do with Maths or English anymore. I doubt I could get a C in a test now.

A couple of hours a day really isn't that much. Granted, it's half-term so enjoying the sunshine is a much more preferred thing to do.

I find the best way to revise is like so:

Take your book/resources.
Make a set of detailed notes about each individual section. Read over and try to learn the content.
A day or two later, go over these same notes and make a more concise set of them. Try and see how much you can remember from this set of smaller notes. Repeat this note-remembering technique over a few days or until you can remember all the details.

Now make a smaller set of notes to trigger your memory on a specific topic. Work with this new set until you are satisfied with what you can remember.

Keep repeating until you can put just a single word or sentence to trigger the information about most of the topic. These single words end up helping you remember when you are in the exam and see the word yourself.

p.s. Currently in year 13/sixth form so I've done my GCSEs. Got 7 A*s, 4 As and 1 B revising like this.
