In MW2 I unlocked the spinning-10th prestige emblem (via modded lobby), but I've never found out how to really get it. I saw some people try and do it legit, it never worked! Did they every release how? Always been curious.

I seen a guy make a video where he unlocked every challenge in the game legit and still didn't have the spinning emblem, I still am not sure how to unlock. It's probably a staff emblem or something.

Pretty sure at one point you could get it through challenges, but then they reserved it for employees only.

I'm probably wrong though.

I believe it has been to unlock every challenge in the game...
Which wouldnt happen... It would take too long to do some ridiculous challenges like 1000 javelin kills... Or some other absurd challenge they made

if its true that it was only added in and you could only get it in a modded lobby, then its a sneaky move TBH! It must have given them a easier way to track hackers.

Ya it is pretty neat, disappointed how it looked in MW3 though. Unlocked via prestige shop.
