Yeah... Mw3's was a HUGE down-graded version of it. Looked gross in all honesty.

I think they added it in to catch people who modded there account to get it as then it would be easy to ban there account.

They put the spinning 10th emblem in to track down hackers easily because that's the only way of obtaining it i believe.
