To get over your fear,try diving on blue mats and get comfortable with that then move onto something alil less soft hen finally try it on the green and you would be diving like a pro in no time

Try practise diving on some safety mats or even a trampoline for that case, Then eventually when you feel you're confident in doing this take it onto the pitch. Get your mates to have some shots in you and just keep practising.
