I am going to take it down to a store now, but do you think maybe it could be the HDD? I have just removed it and put it back so fingers crossed, although I'm thinking that because it loads then allows me to play for a around three or four minutes it must have something to do with disc 2?

Oh well I will try getting the disc cleaned if nothing else I guess this is a good excuse to buy the Xbox one lol
