there is no sultan in the game just checked the bradygames guide but a car like the sultan rs would be the annis eleghy rh8 which the real car equivalent is the nissan skyline or another car would be the benefactor feltzer which is a very fast car or you can find the adder for free in the streets surrounding the los santos customs garage on burton
