well working out does help people in the future e.g. 80 year old person but able to walk normally without any wheelchair

i have a 5 day plan, monday - triceps & biceps, Wednesday - shoulders & back, Friday - chest & legs. Tuesdays and Thursdays are cardio days. Weekends are rest days.

Yup, usually cardio though. Cant go wrong with doing it 6 days a week, although the past few days haven't been working out.

I do workout. I work out side. Muahahahah I know not a serious answer, but yeah I work with spools of wiring and heavy tools (electrician) so you could say I work out.

i just chill on it

ever 2 hours-100 pressups 100 situps 100 crunches
then i do 400 wing chun punches
then 2 hours on a bag
then in the morning at 6 i go for a 4 mile run and at about 10 at night i got for a quick sprint run
