I've just got back in to my routine after an arm injury, 50 press ups, 125 crunches, running up and down my stairs 20 times (up and down is one) 30 pull ups and then a boxing bag session, *once or twice a-day* what do you guys do too keep fit?

I run around the cod maps everyday once or twice...keep s me nice and fit

Although I must admit, I don't like carrier, too many holes in the ground, I twisted my ankle a few times.

Routine -
Mon & Thurs = Legs day
Tues,Wed & Fri = Arms
Sun = Back
Every morning = Cardio (5 Mile Run)

Supplements -
Preworkout = C4 Explosive Energy
Postworkout = Protein Shake

Goal - 250 pounds (Of Muscle) for DLine

I just wanna be the best I can be for football this year man! You dont even know!
Its not that bad the 5 miles,only like 2 hours if you have music its great!

not necessarily but i am still fit...6 ft 3 and 240 pounds...can bench 215...only exercise at school...Mile time is 6:18

Yeah i used to do insanity that was awesome got good results, then P90x that was good and now im 2 weeks through Focus T25 and that's showing results already .

try the army test run, do a 1.5 mile run, I got it in 10:27
