Download Hitman Pro kickstart ( it has a trial version which works perfectly )
Make a bootable USB stick with Hitman on it, boot on the stick, choose option number one ( Hitman Pro Boot record ), start your computer in safe mode ( F8 ) and then let it scan.
It'll remove that virus with ease.
