actually they pu it in there so that when you get a new xbox you can get your downloadable content back instead of buying it it isnt for stealing so you dont have to pay...it isnt that expensive just pay for it and they most likely will not catch or ban you though

lol. once again, they cant tell if its you on the new xbox or not, your Console IP has nothing to do with it, you could most simply be using a proxy IP which isnt illegal so they cant tell if its you or not, "By Your IP"
