Really, that's pretty stupid.

Did you pay for that pass? No? It's theft, theft is illegal.

You're misusing the feature if you transfer with other people. You can so be banned and you'd be stupid if you tried.

No, you cannot get banned for license transferring. Its stupid to think you could, I have license transferred with some of my good friends on numerous accounts. Its put on the xbox for a reason and there is no way you are going to get banned for something microsoft put in the game themselves.

It's theft. If you don't pay for it, it's theft. Theft is illegal and thus is ban worthy.

Same as above. That facepalm is for you.

This is the REAL use of the license transfer.

Person buys DLC, xbox breaks, red ring or some problem like that. Person buys new Xbox but DLC isn't licensed to them. Person license transfers, gets their DLC back.

Did he pay for the DLC? Yes, yes he did. That's why it isn't illegal.

You can get banned. Don't do it even if some says you can. Why bother risking your xbox account that you put money into?

you're stupid if you think you will get banned. the license transfer feature is there to transfer to a different console. (preferrably a new one of yours) but if you let a friend do it how they gonna tell if it isnt your other xbox? if it was against the rules or the law as you say it is "illegal", they cant ban you for giving it to your friend, ive license transfered lots of stuff. they cant ban you for giving sstuff to your friends because they cant tell if it is your other console, they have the feature there and you can do it certain amounts of times a year. that is there so you dont abuse it. so NO you wont get banned. so stop telling people they will get banned when they wont. if they didnt want people to use the feature they would remove it. and if it was illegal or against the rules or you are not suppose to let your friends license transfer your stuff or you getting stuff from them, they would warn u on the screen before you do it. also on xbox faq it even states you wont get banned for license transferring.

Well how is Xbox or the game producers suppose to know it isnt you just on a diff acc and xbox? the feature is limited, go read the rules of license transfering on xbox.com before you state shit.

Proof or everything you just said is fake.

It's theft. It's illegal. Don't go calling people stupid if you can;t back up your own story, I know you can't because it doesn't say anywhere on the xbox console or website you won't be banned for license transferring.

For the record, here is the Xbox page on license transferring: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

It says nothing about it being allowed to do with friends.
