As other members have said an as I think about this whole thing... Money definitely buys happiness. I'd like to see someone go from living on the streets, no money home or anything and then get granted all of those because of money and you say that he won't be happier than before?

On the other hand, money buying love is different.
If some woman fell in love with you after you had money but didn't before, then they most likely want you for your money, nice gifts etc.

The only true way to know if someone loves you is when they feel the same way about you no matter what situation you are in.

Pirates wrote I would rather have a family that I love and make $30k a year than make $100 billion but have no family and be lonely.

But you not having a family would be nothing to do with the money.
That all relates back to love. If you had a family with the $100 billion then you would all be much happier.

I went from living in a decent sized house to being homeless for about three months, it wasn't fun but I was happy.

I had nothing other than the clothes on my back my mom and step dad, and some cigarettes.

We slept in a camper with no heat or running water and showered at laundramats.

I see that ad a learning experience.

Now I'm back in a house, I have fiberoptic Internet (goml) and I'm just as happy as when I was homeless.

Maybe a little more at ease now, less stressed, but just as happy.

hmm.. Well I get where you are coming from, so it's more of a thing where money prevents the added stress of everyday life. It enables you to live without the worry of things that might go wrong, which are easily fixed with money.

Yep, sadly they've got us by the balls, I don't want to get into it because I'll sound like a nutcase but yea.

In today's society money makes it easier to see the things that make you happy. People are easily overcome by stress. Stress that's created by money in the first place.
