Money buys happiness. It buys anything you want, really. But there is always something that will make you unhappy that money cant buy such as real friends or someone who likes you because of you not your money. i agree somewhat

I 100% agree with you, i've always told my friends and my parents that money CAN by happiness.

But on the other hand, you'll get a gold-digging girl that only likes you for your money, it's hard to find genuine people when you have that kind of money.

I would rather have a family that I love and make $30k a year than make $100 billion but have no family and be lonely.

[quote="Daedric"]Sayings such as above in the topic title are annoying. My stance on this saying is that the person who made it never had a considerable amount of wealth to appropriately judge money and its perks.
Think of it, if your computer, console, parents car just broke and you had no money to replace it. You would be angry wouldn't you, or at least saddened.
If you could buy a very luxurious million dollar car that you wanted, would that not make you happy? Being able to support your family and buy things you want that provide enjoyment.
Money buys happiness but not all happiness, but it still can be bought.

I agree Money buys happiness. It's sad how money = life pretty much without money you'll have no happiness. So yes, money does buy happiness

Even if money can't buy you happiness, it can give you & your family safety / security. Alot less stress about surviving in your life = happier.

It means you don't need material things to be happy.

Happiness comes from yourself; being at peace with yourself and those around you brings happiness.

Money disrupts peace, envy, jellyness, greed etc.

If you need a console, car, computer, or anything other than your own well being and that of others to be happy then you aren't happy in the first place.

Be happy you're not starving, be happy that you have all of your limbs, be happy that you can speak about anything you wish, be happy you're country isn't occupied by the US Army, be happy your parents didn't die of AIDS...

There are so anything to be happy about that don't have a price tag.

Be happy I can't smack you through my screen.

Me for example, I could never ever belive if my love was true love cause i would always have that she might like me for my money or anything else.
Rather live 1 year with someone i love than 5 years alone.
