Not really sure why everyone's saying it's overkill, the only thing that's a bit is the 2 cards. One would be fine for the games you listed, apart from that the rest is a popular/common choice in most gaming computers. i5, 8GB memory, SSD, 580/680. And the sabertooth has become extremely popular since ivy bridge came out.

A piece of personal advise, have a look at the NZXT Phantom 410. It's a mid tower version of the full Phantom. (I also think it looks better) And will still fit all that hardware in just fine.

Just get 2 670s their better and alot cheaper
