Untested theories:
-IW typo? I am on Bowlings butt right now on Twitter to try and get him to admit it!

Tested and failed theories:
-Getting 1000 kills with an AC130 unlocks the MW1 10th prestige emblem NOT the Mw2 one.

-Unlocking all prestige challenges
-Unlocking all gun challenges
-ALL chalenges complete. Even the basic ones.
-All challenges and all achievements
-100 Days Played
-1000 Nukes
-Veteran completed in single player, 3 stars on spec ops, all MP challenges?

But also keep in mind that it may be VERY EASY to unlock as seen in this video LOOK AT 0:44:
Note* This was a video released BEFORE the game was released, so this is most likely IW staff playing.

Lets see if we can find out!

I HAVE HEARD THAT IW HAD F'd UP THIER SCRIPT IN MW2 WHICH MAKING IMPOSSIBLE TO UNLOCK, THAT IS WHY PPL HAVE BEEN BAN CAUSE IW KNOWS UVE HACKED TO GET IT.....
