Before we start to find out how to get it legit here is the code for JTAGS ONLY. This will fully unlock it so you can change your emblem back and forth. Not just set it. Here:

self setPlayerData( "iconUnlocked", "cardicon_prestige10_02", 1 )

I have seen a lot of topics saying:
"How do I get it legit"
"Lets try this way"
"Does this work?"

It is causing a lot of spam and hard to keep control of. This is the only place to post about it. All other topics will be closed. Post your theories and they will be added to this list.

Untested theories:
-IW typo? I am on Bowlings butt right now on Twitter to try and get him to admit it!

Tested and failed theories:
-Getting 1000 kills with an AC130 unlocks the MW1 10th prestige emblem NOT the Mw2 one.

-Unlocking all prestige challenges
-Unlocking all gun challenges
-ALL chalenges complete. Even the basic ones.
-All challenges and all achievements
-100 Days Played
-1000 Nukes
-Veteran completed in single player, 3 stars on spec ops, all MP challenges?

But also keep in mind that it may be VERY EASY to unlock as seen in this video LOOK AT 0:44:
Note* This was a video released BEFORE the game was released, so this is most likely IW staff playing.

ive heard lots of people say its unlocked if you work for infinity ward and that seem's very likely..

from the video... Im guessing that in the people in the vid have iw friends as they are beta testers and that they can get to pick what emblems/titles to use .. i may be wrong but that is my theory of the video
