Premium wrote DFU mode isn't doing anything since I can't turn off the ipod..

also and mikeyman14, it's jailbroken.

so its turned on and it won't do anything right now?
Exactly it's stuck on the apple screen.

hmmm... the only thing i can think of is leave it on for a few days until the battery dies. then charge it and try to put it in dfu mode and restore it.

Mikeyman14 wrote I heard this can be fixed by holding the top button and the home button for a decent time until you see the apple logo and then plug your iPod into your computer.

+REP if I helped!!!
Nope didn't work.

Only hold the bottom button (the home button)
