For this trophy it's best if you use anyone that has 99 in submissions. For a fighter that will definitely help you in this fight I recommend Ken Shamrock, also for a weak opponent to play against choose Bob Sapp. To get someone on the ground move the R3 button to the right, when your opponent is on the ground and you are by his legs, press R3 to get into the leg submission. When in the leg submission keep tapping square, however you have to be conscious of your stamina when doing this, if you let it go down to zero your opponent will automatically break the submission.
