Single Player: Kill 10 enemies with thrown objects without being detected

Whenever you kill someone with a thrown object that has his back to you and not be detected by other enemies, the kill will count towards the trophy. It should be fairly easy to get this trophy if you get throwing kills along the way to final boss.
