Single Player: End an enemy's career as a CELL operative by wounding him in the knee with an arrow!
Press "sel but" , and choose Carbon Impact tip and Low Draw Weight. Aim at an enemy's knee and only press "R1" slightly; the enemy has to survive the shot. Might take a few tries, and also crouching and stand at a distance helps.
