Very simple tutorial.
Steps
1. Go into cydia and search for color keyboard ( color keyboard hd if you're on an iPad) and install it.
2. Go to settings and scroll down till you see color keyboard.
3. Press it and then chose your color.
4. Once done customizing your keyboard click "Save" on the top right of your screen and your device should reboot.
5. Enjoy
