Easy "Maybe You Should Call A Doctor?" trophy
In Chapter 1: Prison Of The Damned, shortly after the chapter begins, you will enter the prison and see a cutscene where a bug infects a prisoner. You are then supposed to learn how to grapple enemies. However, do not grapple the enemy. Instead, keep killing it. The enemy will keep respawning as long as you do not perform a grapple and throw. Avoid being hit, and keep attacking for two minutes to get the "Maybe You Should Call A Doctor?" trophy.
