In Chapter 5: The Village Of Kirra, the first enemy you encounter at the very beginning of the chapter is a Juggernaut. Juggernauts look similar to Elephant Warriors. Attack the Juggernaut until a red finisher icon appears. Then, press R1 to start the mini-game, and quickly press Square or Triangle. The Juggernaut will attack you during the mini-game. You must evade with the Left Analog-stick and keep attacking until it is dead to get the "Open Minded" trophy.
