2)open it in Notepad and change the text to what you want
3)Put the mecomment.dat in the root of a usb device.
4)plug usb into your 3.55 cfw ps3. then move on to (Ps3 Part) listed below.


Ps3 Part:
1)Open Comgenies
2)Open dev_hdd0
3)go to home
4)open 001
5)press (select) and then click (L1)
6)make the (new folder) friendim then go into the friendim Folder
7)then go to the right side and go to dev_usb001 and open it
8)then find the mecomment.dat and press circle then start.
9)you should see the mecomment.dat on the left side of comgenies if so then done correctly.
10)then data transfer and your done
