Far Cry New Dawn has 8 Guns for Hire which is your roster of teammates and companions. They will aid you in combat and each of them has other unique skills such as marking enemies for you or delivering you a vehicle. Finding all Guns for Hire unlocks the Closed for Applications trophy or achievement.

Two are story related (Carmina and The Judge). Gina becomes available during Act 2. Everyone else is available from the Start of Act 1. Each Gun for Hire gives you a Side Mission (linked in the guide below). Complete their quest and they will join your crew. None of them are missable, you can still do everything after the story.

You can also reveal their locations on the map by talking to informants found around the world and at liberated Outposts.
