Some of the keys to aiming include sight picture, holding left shift to zoom in further and steady your breathing and using the correct weapons and sight for the job. This is probably the most important thing you can do to stay on target, DO NOT hold the l shift non stop while firing, press while firing, but release it as soon as you stop so you can preserve the stamina.

A tip for primary weapons is to use the Scar L - with full attachments, this is the most stable firing weapon in the game, i.e. the lowest recoil. This makes aiming so much easier when you have significantly reduced recoil in game.

Another great Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Tips is to use the correct sight for how far you are engaging a target. I recommend Red Dot Sights over Holographic sights so that you have as clear of a sight picture as possible. The Holo sight feels very clunky and covers a significant portion of your screen.
