This is best done in level 1, enemies are slow on this level and few in number. You need to have 4 enemies chase you, then you have to dig under a boulder for it to drop and crush both of them. Personally I found it easiest to dig down vertically and vertically line up several spaces under a boulder then when 4 enemies are quite close behind, dig up directly underneath it and dig left or right when they are really close behind so the boulder drops on top of them. The boulder won't drop until you move from under it.
