Moxxi's cocktails are around her bar, they cost 10 Moonstones on normal and 20 on tvhm and Uvhm and the effects last for 30 minutes but you can only have 1 active at any given time. Simply have 80 Moonstones on you and go to the Up Over Bar, then drink all the Moxxtails and wait for trophy to pop. Now you can XMB quit out of the game to save your Moonstones. The earliest you can access the Moxxtails is after you get the Transmitters for Moxxi during the story mission called "Systems Jammed".
