This trophy is obtained in Chapter 7.

This will be obtained near the end of the game. You will visit the blue area for the fifth time and have to activate an orb that will be in the center of the room rather some ways away from you as they have been previously. After activating the orb, your body will regenerate and you will start swimming to a new area of the game. Once youre able to move your character again you will be swimming with the Great White Shark. All you will need to do is go near it and ride it. The trophy will pop shortly after.
